- Working on the US/ CAN Large Enterprise Clients (Number of
employees 3500 – 65000+) - Working closely with North American Peers/ Canadian Peers on a day
to day basis for multiple clients/ accounts. - Auditing and analyzing earning statements of employees for multiple
accounts/ clients and making all required necessary changes.
Calculating taxes, benefits, fringe/ taxable benefits, regular
income, overtime, allowances, bonus, under/ over-payments.
Parallel/ Release testing:
- Testing phase for new clients – Earnings – Deductions – Taxes
- Testing the codes, comparing, and ensuring that all codes are
flowing as per client requirements. - Attending meetings for projects and discussions/
Standup calls. - Ability to support multiple team members on multiple accounts.
- Training new hires – auditing NHs reports – supervising – and
making sure that their probation period is well monitored.
Providing feedbacks and Performance reports to Manager regarding the new hires. - Working alongside other departments – (Implementation/ Data
movement/ Tax) to help to configure payroll elections/ runs. - Processing monthly power point presentations for Senior Managers to
present to clients. (Performance Reports) - Providing support to the team, engaging in different aspects to adhere
with company goals. - 1-2-1 sessions with payroll specialists to improve the quality of work and discussing any challenges they are facing.
- Accountable and responsible for overall quality control and auditing to ensure accuracy and low error. Lead efforts to continually improve in these areas.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA) compliance.
- Spot opportunities and act accordingly and proactively contribute to process improvements to effectively increase value.
- Create and update document standard operating procedures.
- Be a subject matter expert and provide professional suggestions for process improvement.
- “I own it” attitude about deliverables and projects.
- Execute Change Control process following change standards including project plans and rollouts to teams
- Attend and leads customer meetings where required and supports discussions from payroll
- Support Payroll Delivery Managers with requests as needed as per client requirements
- Conducted interviews and selected potential candidates for vacancies in the team
- Implementing new allocation of tasks for better efficiency and quality of work. Re-allocating team members frequently pertaining to complexity and nature of work.
- Time motion study - Overviewing and guiding team members to capture time taken on their respective tasks in order to improve quality of the process.
