My responsibilities included uploading product details, optimizing listings for SEO, and maintaining a seamless user experience. I worked closely with the content and IT teams to enhance website performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to content strategies aimed at increasing traffic and engagement. Additionally, I served as the main contact for the MA Launch Project, overseeing its execution and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

As an Assistant to the Award Leader for The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, I supported the coordination and management of the program at my school. My responsibilities included guiding participants in selecting activities, organizing training sessions, overseeing adventurous journeys, and ensuring proper documentation.
