• Responsible for any Fund and/or Corporate accounting work and/or process & all associated activities as assigned by the direct reporting line. Processes expected to be responsible for:
• Ensures complete information, data, supporting documents, etc are received for the preparation of the expected deliverables
• Inter-alia, but not limited to Periodic bookkeeping,
• Assistance or preparation of Periodic and Annual Accounts,
• Assistance during the Audit of the client file,
• Preparation/compiling data for tax declaration, etc...
• To address review comments from reviewers and/or clusters in a timely manner;
Take ownership, prepares and replies to cluster/Client queries within 24 hours.
• Perform any ad-hoc functions relating to accounting and record keeping.
• Ensure all tasks assigned are up to date based on the planning & deadlines and executed in an accurate and error free manner while always meeting quality standards.
• To acknowledge or to escalate the completeness of the information, data, supporting documents, etc. to the Accountant/Senior Accountant timely.
• To be knowledgeable with the components of the reports generated by the appropriate platform/s.
• To be able to self-review outputs and all other deliverables prepared
• Demonstrate ownership of his/her own development, highlighting when and where additional support and development is required.

• Provided support for the SAP FI/CO module, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Performed detailed analysis of business process requirements and delivered appropriate solutions.
• Prepared functional specifications and collaborated closely with various teams, including ABAP.

• Assigned to the Payroll Outsourcing department, where I was responsible for computing monthly payrolls utilizing the analytical tool ACL.
• Conducted BTG regression testing as part of quality assurance processes for all monthly payrolls.
• Acted as an independent stakeholder, gathering evidence for the ISAE audit process.
• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
