Head of Project Management – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
o Define, implement, and oversee the company's project management strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
o Lead a team of project managers, ensuring alignment with the organization's core values, standards, and best practices.
o Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize project initiatives and determine resource allocations.
2. Project Portfolio Management
o Oversee multiple large-scale development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
o Ensure each project aligns with the overall development roadmap timeline
o Establish and enforce a consistent project management framework across all projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Financial Oversight & Budget Management
o Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecast financial requirements, and oversee cost controls for all projects.
o Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints while maximizing profitability and value for stakeholders.
o Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team, including cash flow and risk mitigation plans.
