1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

3. Financial Oversight & Budget Management

o Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints while maximizing profitability and value for stakeholders.
o Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team, including cash flow and risk mitigation plans.
4. Risk & Compliance Management
o Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and contractual obligations.
o Implement risk management protocols and develop contingency plans to minimize project impacts.
o Liaise with legal teams to address and resolve contractual and compliance-related issues.
5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
