Maintaining ISAE 3402 Type 2 monthly, quarterly and yearly controls are performed on a timely basis
- Efficiency projects and risk assessment in all departments such as Implementation of ISAE 3402 Type 2 - Identify and document risks, issues and conclusions - consulting with appropriate team members as necessary, escalate risks and issues beyond own experience to reporting Head of Projects.
- Plan and perform the audit/assignments in corporate, fund, trust, IT, internal controls assessment, substantive works, reporting and completion.
- Prepare audit programs including resources allocation.
- Maintain sound communication with clients to obtain required financial data to perform and complete fieldwork efficiently.
- Ensure pleasant relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Manage audit relationships at all levels from staff to partner to ensure clear and strong alignment
- Preparation of management letter (Identifying issues in the processes, highlighting the risks involved and recommendation).
- To make sure that KYC/CDD workspace are compliant
- Application of AML/CFT knowledge for complex structures
-Ensure completeness of due diligence documents and information for a portfolio of clients
