Providing in-person and remote support through the use of the telephone or remote access.
Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
Analysis of the current system and providing relevant solutions as per the user's requirements regarding updated technology trends.
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis on servers.
Ensuring end users have proper computer resources, including enough memory and the setup needed to be able to work efficiently.
Install and configure software and hardware, including Microsoft 365.
Troubleshoot printer issues on site and by remote access tool.
Set up accounts and workstations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Supporting management with tracking of computer/printer devices for asset controls.

Ensure customer services by respective Service Level Agreements.
