• Follow up with drivers on their daily delivery routes and performance of driver
• Follow up with query from customers for any queries about their shipments
• Follow up with invoicing department on any missing invoices
• Laise with Account receivable department for any outstanding amount on client's account and liaise with customer for payment.
• Follow with clients for payment of their VAT invoice issued
• Follow up with clearing department to liaise with customs release of all shipments
• Liaise with agent for any missing information needed for either clearance or delivery
• Liaise with agent for any short shipment or additional shipment on arrival of flight
• Follow up with customs for clearance of shipments or query from customs on shipments.
• Prepare manifest for customs sorting Proceed with customs sorting Dispatch shipment to delivery agent or delivery contractors depending on shipments
• Follow up with delivery contractors for delivered and undelivered shipments.
• Prepare weekly report about Pending deliveries, pending clearance and pending invoices to be sent to respective team for immediate actions

• Investigation et réserve de sinistre
• Recueillir les informations nécessaires à l’instruction des
  sinistres
• Contrôler l’application des garanties et évaluer le montant
  des dommages
• Déterminer les réserves en principal et en frais.

Règlement

• Contrôler l’information reçue des apériteurs, assureurs locaux
  et des prestataires
• Collecter des informations complémentaires si besoin.
  Valider le montant de l’indemnité due en exécution du contrat
  d’assurance.
  
  Traitement et administration des sinistres

• Enregistrer les sinistres dans les systèmes informatiques et
  veiller à renseigner et mettre à jour l’ensemble des données
  relatives aux sinistres, en veillant plus particulièrement à la
  qualité des réserves techniques.
• Veiler que la prime a été réglée.
• Faire un retour au technicien indemnisation.
  
  Referrals et conformité
  
  Assurer la gestion des sinistres dans le cadre de ses pouvoirs
  d’engagement et de règlement, dans le respect des standards
  et procédures de gestion AGCS.
  Identifier les dossiers dépassant l’autorité et en référer à son
  management.
  
  Gestion des relations
• Collaborer avec les autres départements, et notamment
  fournir à et recueillir auprès des autres directions
  (Souscriptions et comptabilité) les informations relatives aux
  comptes clients et dossiers en gestion.
• Développer et entretenir les relations avec les courtiers et les
  clients clés ainsi que les autres intervenants
