Leading the Operations and Management Information activities, through the efficient monitoring and automation of related processes and enhancement of data quality in view of mitigating the financial risk of the organisation by ensuring:

• Monitoring and control functions are performed as per set standards;

• Constantly enhancing the reporting framework for a better monitoring of the Bank's performance
• Crafting the annual budget of the Bank for Board validation Preparing forecasts of the Bank's performance
• Providing Management with quarterly and annual analysis of statutory accounts for Board presentation
