I am a mature, responsible, and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to relate to a wide range of people. A confident and enthusiastic individual who is always keen to learn and can work effectively in a team. I am currently enrolled in an MBA with a Specialization in Project Management at the Open University of Mauritius, and I believe that this field will help me be equipped with the skills demanded by the current workplace and acquire the technical knowledge I would like to become a key element in my profession. I have been working at Mauritius Telecom since December 2016. I experienced a change in my career field from the start and took it positively as it was an opportunity to learn. I learned a lot till now and I am still learning and looking for new opportunities to broaden my knowledge and skills which I can use to contribute to the success of Mauritius Telecom. I have been involved in various projects triggered by Mauritius Telecom such as MUGA, MARS, Press Meet, the company’s Annual Report, Staff Events, and others. I was part of the Mauritius Telecom team at Rodrigues for the MARS cable landing ceremony in November 2018 and the Rodrigues Connected ceremony in February 2019.

  • Assist the Roaming Services Manager in the administration of roamer updates, port requests, provisioning support, and roamer customer service
