- Ensured compliance with industry best practices and company policies throughout all support activities undertaken by the Department.
- Ensure that all the regulatory framework that governs the continuing airworthiness management of aircraft is being followed.
- Responsible for the continuing airworthiness of aircrafts by ensuring that the aircraft, engine or parts remains compliant with airworthiness requirement and is safe for its entire operating life.
- Management of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service bulletins, Airworthiness Operator Message(AOM), Alert Operator Transmission (AOT) and any other documentation to ensure airworthiness of the air mauritius fleet.
- Establishment of the Approved Maintenance Programme reviewing same on periodic basis for improvement
- Ensure that all damages to aircraft are properly recorded and that same are tackled using appropriate and approved documentation. (Damage control and monitoring)
- Managed multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Technical Representative for various projects - C-Checks at overseas MRO (Brunei, Singapore, Philippines, South Africa, Malta France, Malaysia, UAE), Livery change on MK fleet , Cabin Retrofit programme, Aircraft Sales and Return and Addition of new aircraft in the fleet.
- Currently handling the Cabin Definition for the new A350 and also the cabin densification programme on the existing A350.
- Collaborate with outside departments to promptly address support and providing accurate solutions e.g Flight Operation, Fleet Planning, Cabin Crew, etc
- Implemented technical solutions to solve customer issues and increase satisfaction.
- Specialist for system ATA chapters ( 21(Air conditioning), 27(Flight controls), 28(Fuel) and 29 (Hydraulics) from 2003 to 2008
