• Make in-depth investigation of all the customer network equipment and take appropriate actions to provide complete and accurate reports to the customer.
• To perform remote monitoring activities on servers, platforms, and relative equipment so as to identify potential impacts on customers IT solution and solve them accordingly. To manage incidents raised by the customers (handling calls, opening a case, communicating with the different teams) within SLA’s.
• Escalate to SME/Expert complex incidents with relevant investigations.
• Participate in the evolvement of the processes taking into account customer requirements.

I am someone who reads a lot.  From Sapiens to How to win friends and Influence People, i am someone always looking for the thrive.  I have also followed recently the 5 weeks masterclass of Public Speaking where i have honed my communication skills.  I believe a fit mind resides in a fit body and i make it a must do train myself with some weight lifting exercises atleast 3-4 times per week, alongside playing football whenever i get the opportunity.
