- Barkly Wharf Building Refurbishment: Further to the massive fire outbreak at the existing 20 years old Barkly Wharf Building at Port-Louis, extensive remedial works to the existing building had to be carried out such as:

• Repair works pertaining to the post-tensioned existing reinforced concrete slabs
• Remedial works to existing damaged structural elements such as columns/beams/slabs
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.

- Lux Belle Mare Hotel Renovation Works (Fire outbreak in hotel)

• Remedial works and extensions to existing concrete structures
