As a Business Analyst at Apex Group, my responsibility is to provide an overview of the AGCSL department of Mauritius using the data collected from the timesheet of staffs.

That includes:

• The calculation of Overtime and TOIL and liaising with payroll team regarding any issues or discrepancies against their report.
• Calculating Monthly time spent of funds (Billing) for locations serviced by HFA and PERE Team.
• MIS KPI Monthly Reporting
• Analysis of Accounting Software reports to determine the actual time spent on funds for PERE teams.
• PERE Team Analysis which includes the maintenance of a portfolio list of funds and any details regarding those funds.
• Workday Timesheet Status Analysis - making sure timesheets are updated by staffs and approved weekly by reporting line managers for the AGCSL team.

My work also includes simpler and adhoc tasks such as:

• Sick and Local leave Analysis for HFA and PERE Team.
• Cost Analysis
• Taxi Booking Analysis

I may also be asked for analytical work regarding specific areas or subjects on a one-off basis anytime.
