· Provide advice and guidance to internal and external customers on BU products and services to promote straight-through processing;
· Perform the sorting and scanning of transactions prior to processing;
· Process, verify and approve transactions within set deadlines for the smooth running of operations;
· Establish contact with ordering parties, respond promptly to queries and attend to complaints from customers & overseas banks;
· Reconcile and verify all internal accounts on a daily basis in order to detect and correct any error, identify any possible fraudulent movements, and take appropriate actions to avoid financial losses;
· Carry out investigations to identify errors and take corrective actions for any discrepancy for effective processing of transactions;
· Analyses relevant documents (repairs, billings, interest statements), prepare vouchers & keep assigned accounts up to date;
