I started my career at a very young age as health surveillance officer. i learned how to do to surveillance of communicable diseases such as malaria dengue and chikungunya ,on the job, we had to carry out surveillance of passengers coming from abroad and this included doing blood pricks for laboratory analysis. In the event of cases being positive to a communicable disease, we had to carried out fever surveys and fogging activities to limit propagation of the vectors such as mosquitoes. During my brief employment as a management support officer, i was acquainted to the payroll system. Finally as of now as a Public Health and Food Safety , I have to enforce the Public Health , the Food Act where we have also the task to carry out health education to the public.
