HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance reviews, confirmation letters and attendance on both HRIS and SharePoint.

Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, attending interviews as per company policy
  • Ensure that new hires attend induction and understand company policies
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools, for instance laptop, desk, uniforms, fuel card and sim card where applicable.
  • Ensure proper management of uniforms
  • Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Process payroll for the business units forming part of the Operations department in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-specific benefits
  • Resolve any payroll or benefits-related inquiries from employees

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies and HR SOPs

Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads

  • Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and welfare programme in the hotel.
  • Participate in Health & Safety activities, Fire Drills and First Aid courses.
