Maintenance Department:

1. Conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and addressing and supervising minor and major repairs.

2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and inventory levels.

3. Ensure that all maintenance work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory standards, promoting a safe environment for customers/guest and colleagues.

4. Monitor and report on inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock is maintained at appropriate levels.

IT Department:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

3. Providing technical support across the company.

4. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

5. Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment and software licences. 6. Maintain local server, back up weekly.

7. Maintain ERP system(SAP business one) report if theirs is any issues.

Production Department:

1. Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.

2. Cost analyses and estimated production costs.

3. Quality-control activities and looking for flaws in the development and production processes regularly.

4. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards. 5. Ensure employees are trained on procedures relating to safety, production, and quality.

6. Production order checking and closing.

7. Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
