Duties - Head of Private Office to the CEO

  • Directed daily operations of a 200-bed private hospital, overseeing staff scheduling, patient flow, and compliance to protocols with a team of 50 personnel.
  • Successfully led the implementation of a Pre-Admission Office, streamlining the intake process.
  • Contributed in achieving Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation by leading quality and compliance initiatives across the facility.
  • Designed and delivered staff training programs focused on service excellence, compliance, and operational protocols.
