I am a multi-talented project coordinator successful at taking on diverse project tasks to meet tight deadlines. Based on the currents need of the society and community, I plan my works and also I am a hands-on and analytical problem solver. As the Head of Project Coordinator, I write projects, do the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the projects and also report to sponsors, donors, and the school board. I work closely with school administrators, teachers, and external stakeholders to ensure that programs meet the needs of students with special needs. This role involves resource management, collaboration, monitoring and evaluation, training and development, and reporting and aligning everything with the SDGs and UNCRPD. I am also responsible for the overall management of the special needs school, including budget management, staff supervision, and program development. I oversee day-to-day operations, staff development, parent and community relations, compliance with regulations, and quality assurance. I am managing a team of 30 staff and 100 students/100 parents which requires strong leadership and communication skills. I provide direction, support, and guidance to my staff, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to support students effectively. I also establish positive relationships with students, parents, and the community, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
I was responsible for managing an association, ensuring its proper functioning. I supervised teaching and non-teaching staff, reporting their work status to the director monthly. I worked with resource people like psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors, conducting meetings with them and parents to receive and analyze feedback. I also presented the school profile to various stakeholders and organized workshops for parents and educators.
I used to handle a classroom of 7-10 studrents with different disabilities preparing their lessons plans and ensure that every needs are taken into consideration. Also, I had to attend meetings, prepare IEP, design tools and plan outings for them. As an educator, I had to ensure all students needs are taken into consideration when doing a lesson.
I was responsible for a class of 8 students with different special needs, ensuring their holistic development. I assisted the educator in delivering lessons, helped design works, and collaborated with the paramedical team and other stakeholders. I had to learn by myself and explore new ways

I was selected to participate in the 68th Edition of the Know India Programme in India by the India Government in year 2023. As an Oversees Citizen of India (great grand parents who came to Mauritius), I was selected to visit the country and explore further our roots.
I participated in the YALI 2023 COHORT 20 Hybrid training in South Africa. I was selected by the team based on my experiences, works and impact I am creating through my works in Mauritius. I was selected in the Civic Leadership Programme and proudly represented my country in Africa.
