At CHC, we carry out all administrative tasks since only one nurse is assigned to work there and manage the other professionals who come once or twice a week; such as family planning personnel, midwives and public health nurses, as well as doctors and health care attendants. As an on-site nurse, you also manage the stock and indentations of the surgery store, general store and pharmacy. We are also responsible for the maintenance of the building. Zata Jean Louis and La Ferme AHCs have the same infrastructure and offer the same services with an accident and emergency department where most of the nurses work. However, we have three wards in both AHCs: a male ward, a female ward and a maternity ward. The nurses working at the A&D are responsible for the wards themselves, since, there is only a capacity of 10 beds for each ward. We also offer services such as NCD clinic, family planning, xrays, medical, surgical, orthopedic and psychiatric follow-up.
