I am 21 and have recently completed my secondary studies and decided to pursue my passion for pastry. I trained under professional chefs and obtained certificates in classical and contemporary pastry, as well as culinary training. During my course, I practiced a variety of French pastries including éclairs, millefeuille, Paris-Brest, macarons, cheesecakes, and more.
I am still a beginner, but I am highly motivated to learn and grow in a professional kitchen. My goal is to start my career in Dubai as a Pastry Apprentice or Commis Pastry, where I can gain hands-on experience, develop my skills further, and contribute with dedication, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
