- Played a key role in disbursing almost 2,000 unsecured loans amounting to MUR 141,314,642.8 and helped raise MUR 62,841,069.39 in funds to achieve these disbursal goals.
- Led negotiations from a sales perspective to establish an investment fund for our loans, working closely with the owner and compliance team to navigate procedures. Secured commitment for a minimum fund size of USD 100,000, with a target to raise USD 1 million within 12 months.
- Contributed to the development of Mauritius' first multilingual chatbot, focusing on data collection, classification, cleaning, and optimizing responses in Kreole Mauritian, French, and English.
- Responsible for promoting and implementing the Channel Partner project, where businesses can register clients for loans when they can’t afford products, with the option to be financed by investors or self-finance for additional earnings. I also conduct training for companies on the loan application process, eligibility factors, and how to effectively offer salary advances.
- Represented the company at networking events and workshops, promoting our services and educating participants, including university students, on the importance of investing and starting early.
