- As a school leader, I have been involved in the day-to-day running of the community, having at heart the implementation of the "Kleopas project". My first mission has been the setting-up of effective working groups to enhance learning & collaborative actions for the welfare of the students. Another aspect of the leadership has been the emphasis laid on empowering people so that they also encourage students to develop a sense of belonging & dedication to learning.
- I have also seized the opportunities to enhance my personal skills, namely counseling, through trainings by the AIHD & IT with the AUF "Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie" to be better equipped to serve my school community.
