Mission towards client: Assist the Project Lead/Delivery Lead with weekly & monthly internal and client reporting.
Timesheet reconciliation/ Resource planning/ Admin tasks as required(Roll on/Roll off, Manage MSPS, Create reports on Power BI, Control CDP, Keep track and raise alert on budget allocated for development task).

Responsibilities: Creation and cancellation of virtual machines and teamtools account.
Verify, update controls and maintainance of quality plans on internal website to check health of the project.
Creation of development task on Microsoft Server Project(MSPS) and assign to developers(charge on timesheet).
Add new resource on MSPS.

Mission towards client: Implement and maintain Dashboard on Power BI for a ticketing system to monitor its Backlog Structure.

Responsibilities: Analysis of existing dashboard and reports on Power BI.
Implement new Dashboard on Power BI to monitor it's backlog structure to monitor the ticketing system.
Used Dax to calculate number of tickets, displayed overall ticket by using map and visuals to display detailed number tickets by countries.
Used power query to calculate date, number of days difference for ageing tickets.
Used Dax to calculate the total number of tickets open or closed for each week for a particular year.
Conduct demos of report done on Power BI to client.
Update dashboard as per client's requirement.

Mission towards client: Undertake maintenance of application CRM and updates to strengthen the client's image.

Responsibilities: Analysis of requirements received from Technical Analyst.Conduct root cause analysis for bugs.Bugs reporting.
Prioritization of bug fixing, allocate to resources and effective bug tracking.
Conduct thorough assessment; identify root cause of bugs and areas that require new feature implementation
Improve code quality and maintainability; enforce best practices and code review to enhance the overall code quality refactor and optimize existing codebase to improve readability, performance and scalability.
Ensure we have correct premium after the renewal of the contract.
Update Tariff annually to ensure it reflects the client's business needs.
SQL/PLSQL queries for impact analysis, data update and data insertion.
Conduct functional demos to client.
Use REST/SOAP services.
Functional adaptations in related documents after receiving requirement.
Custom java implementation of non-core functionalities in application
