Process, verify and follow up on all back office operations as per set standards to ensure the smooth running of Business Activities;
Attend to queries/requests in a timely and accurate manner to meet stakeholders' expectations;
Effect prompt disbursement of lease and submit to Operations Supervisor for verification;
Carry out the Residual Value Management process while ensuring adherence to set policies and guidelines within agreed timeframe;
Carry out the Fixed Deposit Management Process (New/Renewal/Refund/pledge) according to set policies and guidelines within agreed timeframe:
Monitor the proper supply of stationery items and liaise with relevant parties for appropriate actions to avoid disruptions in BU operations;
Prepare audit confirmation reports upon request from external auditors;
Respond to queries from regulatory bodies (Bank of Mauritius/ICAC/PMO) in a timely manner;
Prepare reports and statistics on activities, trends, results relating to the sector of activity for ultimate actions by concerned parties;
Demonstrated customer service experience
