- Record Maintenance : Keeping detailed and accurate records of all prescriptions dispensed, as well as any interactions with patients and their medical histories. Filing all documents received from different companies when ordering medications.

- Customer Service : Assisting customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and handling any issues or complaints professionally.

- Compliance : Adhering to pharmacy laws and regulations, including maintaining confidentiality of patient records and ensuring safe dispensing practices.

- Prescription Drug Storage : Ensuring medications are stored correctly, maintaining the integrity of medications through proper shelving, and rotating stock to minimize expiration issues.

- Support to Pharmacists : Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure prescriptions are filled correctly, and assisting in any other administrative duties as required.

- Sales and Marketing Support : Assisting with the promotion and sales of OTC products and maintaining an attractive and organized pharmacy environment.

-Cashier : Paying out companies on a daily basis by cash or cheque. Managing transactions over 100 customers daily ensuring accuracy in all cash handlings.

Processing customers payments using a variety methods,including cash,cheque or card.
