Currently working as Logistics Admin Officer at Polytra SSC – Fracht. My previous role was Import and Export Coordinator at Hapag-Lloyd for almost 8 months. Before that, I was working as Customer Service Assistant/Cashier at Cim Financial Services ltd for 4 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Managing projects of 2 specific countries (from export till import) – managing the shipments from the origin of goods to the POL and the POD until the final destination.
  • Contacting supplier for cargo readiness upon receiving of PO.
  • Choosing the correct SLA for shipment.
  • Creation of file in intris / requesting docs from concerned parties.
  • Updating file as and when receiving documents/info from suppliers and agents.
