1. Review and draft compliance-related documents, including AML/CFT Compliance Manuals, Business Continuity Plans, Internal Procedures Manuals

2. Assist in the preparation of AML/CFT Independent Audit Reports.

3. Prepare and manage invoices, letters of engagement, and ensure proper formatting of documents.

4. Develop and format training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, on topics such as:

• Basic Tenets of the Mauritian IFC
• Directors’ duties
• AML/CFT regulations
• Independent audits
• Virtual Assets and Initial Token Offerings (VAITOS)

5. Participate in the delivery of training on AML/CFT Independent Audits.

6. Review and draft employment agreements, lease agreements, and other contracts.

7. Conduct research on legal matters, particularly focusing on:

• The Companies Act: Directors' duties
• Non-compete clauses
• Workers' Rights Act
• Tax-related contributions, including PAYE, CSG, NSF, Training Levy, and PRGF

8. Assist with tax health checks and compliance.

9. Draft board resolutions, domiciliation agreements, and service agreements.
