Projects & Resonsibilities:

• Pont Lardier Water Treatment Plant (WTP) comprising of a 15,000 m3/day treatment plant and associated storage reservoir and pipelines. Responsible for the hydraulic design and contract document preparation
• Upgrades to Mont Blanc and Piton du Milieu Water Treatment Plants comprising new filters and clarifiers, new equipment building, new chlorination building, new standby generator buildings and new administration building, and all associated process and M&E works to increase the treatment capacity of each treatment plant. Responsible for the civil work design and contract document preparation
• New Renault and Mitsubishi showrooms and workshops for Leal group of companies. Responsible for the civil work design, site supervision and coordination of services.
• L’Avenir Precinct Phase 1 & 2 for Moka City ltd. Scope includes road, stormwater, potable water, telecom and electrical networks. A mini treatment plant of 1500 m3/day was designed to feed the smart city. Responsible for all the infrastructure design, site supervision and contract administration.

• Construction of Pipeline from Bagatelle Water treatment plant to Soreze
• Construction of Pipeline from Bagatelle Water treatment plant to Belle-Rose
• Upgrading of Pailles Water Treatment Plant
• Pipelaying works at Baie Du Cap

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of bid documents and contract preparation both in PPO format of FIDIC format.
• Hydraulic design and preparation of design reports.
• Claims and variation orders analysis and determination
• Supervision of work; hydraulic test, road reinstatement and safety on site

• Used MS project to keep detailed records of daily progress, incidents and issue resolutions.
• Responsible for liaison with architect and consultant engineer for approval on snagging works.
• Liaison with tenants to attend any remedial works to allow for the safe and efficient working environment of buildings.

• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
