  • To develop and review Risk Management documentation in the Ministry;
  • To coordinate preparations of Budget Speech for the Ministry;
  • To review plans and program implemented in the Ministry;
  • To monitor and evaluate the implementation risk management in the Ministry;
  • To Identify, Analyze, Evaluate, Treat and Monitor strategic risks associated with the Ministry’s operations;
  • To prepare reports on effectiveness of risk mitigation measures;
  • Was member of the Government delegation to participate in negotiating Bilateral Investment Treaties between the United Republic of Tanzania and United Arab Emirates and Japan;
  • To participate in development of microfinance policies and strategies as an economist;
  • To provide input during preparation of financial consumer protection framework and review of financial literacy programs;
  • To provide clarification on various issues raised by Parliamentary Committees;
  • To provide input during preparation of Cabinet Papers, implementation of cabinet decisions and other matters relating of Microfinance sector;
  • To prepare annual action plan for the microfinance sub sector; and
