Main Duties:

• Execute local trade orders on the stock local exchange
• Execute trades on international markets
• Monitor prices and market trends to identify potential opportunities for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other counterparties
• Maintaining trade statistics for further analysis and decision making.

• Reconciliation of FX position on a daily basis
• Perform control operations
• To ensure control between front office and back office Treasury
• Prepare Treasury Committee slides (Middle Office Treasury Part)
• Control of internal limits and ratios daily
• Ensure no limits are breached - Dealers, clients, internal & group
• Reporting to BOM relating to Middle Office Treasury

• Continuous engagement of Sales Dealer with Corporate, International, Business Banking, SME and Retail segment
• Joint Visit with RMs for Corporate, International, Business Banking, SME
• Aggressive Sales Team; constant contact with customer through phone calls and meeting and market follow ups
• Adherence to Treasury Policy Adherence to FX Global Code of Conduct
• Provide support to other desks in the Treasury Department

• Assist in transaction relating to inward and outward remittance
• Attending queries of internet banking
• Assist client for any queries raised i.e bank balance, audit request, bank statement, or any related query
• Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints and requests

• Contact Clients and marketing of Internet Banking products mainly Business Internet Banking (BIB) and cross selling of Digital Products (E-statement, Swift, Indemnity, Fax & Callback)
• Schedule meetings and meet with prospective clients to explain functionalities of BIB
• Processing of BIB applications /advise of documentary requirements for on boarding
• Following up with internal colleagues for registration of clients
• Handle and follow up of customer queries, complaints and requests
• Update of database of client identified for internet banking
• Compile list for client to be contacted for internet banking
• Exposure of how to process cheques and electronic banking applications
