(1) Financial reporting:
(i) Preparing consolidation workings and if consolidation workings have been prepared by client, to ensure whether the correct journal entries have been made.
(ii) Preparing primary statements and on notes to the financial statements in accordance with the international accounting standards - IFRS
(iii) Liaising and cooperating with auditors to ensure the timely sign off of audited financial statements in line with client and regulatory requirements.
(iv) Liaising with clients to obtain the required information and to ensure that the deadline are met, as planned.
(v) Preparing management account including cash book, bank reconciliation and the financial summary - ninth schedule
(vi) Filing vat return
(vii) Team work - Leading and provide assistance to other members of the team.
(2) Insolvency:
(i) Assist in inventory count
(ii) Preparing Receipt and Payment accounts for companies in administration and liquidation
(iii) Preparing statement fo affairs for companies in administration
(iv) Other administrative and paperworks
(3) Financial review (Auditing):
(i) Preparing auditing schedules and liaising with clients to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence about the financial information of the entities and that they are free from material misstatements.
(ii) Ensuring delivery of quality client service and maintain profitable client relationships.
(iii) Developing, supervising and mentoring team members.
