I started my career as an accounts clerk, where I gained the knowledge of both the accounting principles and an overview of the textile industry. Working in the banking industry as a Teller and Customer Service Representative, gave rise to new prospects and has boost my confidence, develop my interpersonal skill, enable better customer facing to further deliver a better service and be more professional. My skills in oral and written communication, active listening and analytical problem-solving enhances customer experiences by employing service- oriented behaviors, understanding customer desires, providing customized solutions to both customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
