As a Project Support at AfrAsia Bank, I have been actively involved in a wide range of operational and system-related tasks within the Core Banking System (CBS) environment. My role has provided me with hands-on experience in banking operations, system administration, and data management.

Key responsibilities and skills include:

• Creating Customer Information Files (CIF) and opening accounts on UAT.
• identifying and managing dormant or frozen accounts
• Manually calculating interest for specific cases.
• Supporting the CBS upgrade project by ensuring accurate data entry and validation in the legacy system to facilitate a smooth migration to the new platform. One of the tasks is to ensure that Relationship Manager (RM) for the respective CIFs are correctly in the Flexcube banking application
• Performing user management tasks in Flexcube, including clearing users and resetting passwords via both frontend and backend.
• Analyzing loan reports and CASA report and identifying discrepancies or issues for resolution.

• Conducted asset inventory and maintained accurate records of IT equipment within the Infrastructure section. Developed proficiency in ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, and jQuery while contributing to software development projects in the Development department. Utilized Azure DevOps for project management and gained insights into software architecture principles such as clean architecture. Collaborated effectively with team members to support IT operations in a global organizational setting.
