• Identify with sourcing projects in line with the global/regional category strategies
  Create and maintain local sourcing pipeline through spend analysis and regular stakeholder meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
• Support the implementation of procurement strategies that optimize the cost, quality, and delivery of goods and services
• Manage procurement process for goods and services, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management to achieve the best value for the organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability to ensure the best value for the organization.
• Monitor & Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor market trends and potential research suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor spending trends, identify potential new sourcing initiatives and avenues for supplier consolidation or rationalization, analyze options, and provide recommendations for initiatives to be included in the business plan.
• Assist Ventures & Acquisition team with transfer of suppliers in acquired company

Lifescience Healthcare Industry

• Draft, and review agreements, contracts, RFPs, and any other legal documents (SOWs, CRs, MSAs, Mission Documents etc..) for EMEA, NA and APAC regions, including pricings information
• Responsible for adhering to the contracts policy, and any internal compliance policies and frameworks / playbooks relating to specified activity
• Assist in contract negotiations with client
• Work closely with CFM, CPMO, Finance and Project Managers from EMEA and APAC regarding sales bookings and invoices
• Follow up with client procurement team for reception of contract approval, signature and Purchase Order generation
• Provide administrative support and archive important communications
• Conduct trainings to New Joiners
• Assist with Contract Close out and Exit- Ensuring contract closure are aligned with the standardized procedure
• Keep up to date with relevant policies and standards and applicable law
• Oversee proper scheduling, coordination and preparation of the internal and external governance meetings and committees
• Extensive experience in working with global and virtual teams
• Provide continuous improvement initiatives in relation to the contract process, workflow, stakeholder guidance, playbooks, and templates
• Main PoC for contractual queries from client, the business and other cross functional teams, including contract research, risk assessments, deliverables & obligations, billing schedules
• Manage receivables and follow up for payment with client
