• Compile financial and non-financial information to produce high-quality datapacks for due diligence purposes.
• Ensure quality of the datapacks is maintained by performing checks in terms of formula accuracy, internal consistency, and formatting.
• Assist superiors with other value-added services provided to foreign Corporate Finance teams.
• Review tasks performed by more junior staff.
• Assist the Accounts outsourcing team with the preparation of financial statements using the Trial Balance as source document.
• Use Vlookups/Xlookups and Pivot functionalities in Excel to map the Trial Balance with the required captions in the financial statements
• Compile, cleanse and restructure financial and non-financial information to produce high quality datapacks for due diligence.
• Ensure quality of the datapacks is maintained by performing checks in terms of formula accuracy, internal consistency and formatting.
• Review Financial due diligence reports.
• Work closely with foreign Corporate Finance teams to provide continuous data compilation support during the due diligence.
