- Personnel management (3 EXPAT + 181 local workers)

- Creation of procedures for welding of HDPE pipes (Buttfusion & Electrofusion) and welding of carbon steel pipes by ASME IX.

- Training of operating personnel of HDPE welding machines.

- Qualification of procedures and welders of carbon steel according to ASME section VIII.

- Construction and start-up of the MEP welding workshop.

- Installation of the city's WET Utilities, Storm Water (Large diameter 1200 - 1600mm HDPE electrofusion - 4.62km), Water Supply (HDPE 46km), Irrigation (HDPE 36km), Solid Waste (Carbon Steel pipes DN500 - 14km).

- Pneumatic and Hydrostatic test of the pipelines.

- Pre-commissioning & commissioning of WTP (Water treatment Plant) and WRF (Water reclamation facilities).

- Management of the camp's water treatment plants.

Development of projects, technical assistance, consultancies, analytical studies and strategic resolution to guarantee the safety, reliability, availability and productivity of the plants. Stress analysis, isometric drawings, material specification, piping design according ASME B31.3, API 570, storage tanks by API 650 and pressure vessel by ASME sec. XIII.

Monitoring and supervision of Petrochemical Complex Morón Plant Engineering multidisciplinary team, consisting of 18 engineers including Civil, Electrical, Static Equipment, Piping, Rotating Equipment, and CAD disciplines. Department anual expense budget management and control. Prepairing scopes for contracting maintenance, construction, and engineering projects. Planning and control strategic planning and management indicators.

Materials, equipment and accessories specifications, Technical solutions for problems in the plants (Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, NPK, Urea, Ammonia, Industrial Facilities), Piping system Design, Piping Isometric Drawings, Piping Flexibility Analysis (CAESAR II), Model creating (3D) of piping and equipment (PDS 3D & SmartPlant), according to National (PDVSA, COVENIN) & International Standards and Codes (ASME, ASTM, API, ISO, FTPA, NEMA, NACE).

Process, Production, Quality Assessment & Quality Control, Inspection of manufacture to metallic heavy structures.

Develop of conceptual project phase, and documents revision.
