Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment, including scheduling preventive maintenance and coordinating corrective maintenance activities.

• Team Management: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize energy production and efficiency.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including equipment suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the O&M budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on O&M activities, performance metrics, and budgetary matters for management and stakeholders.

• Lessons Learned: Document and share lessons learned from O&M and asset management activities to improve processes, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel, including conducting regular safety audits and training programs.

• Quality and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with CSIM Quality and environmental regulations/standards, including waste management, pollution prevention, and resource conservation, to minimize the environmental impact of solar farm operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall person-in-charge of the day-to-day operations in the OCC
• Manage and control train services according to the timetable
• Manage and control all train movements in the depot and main line
• Supervise and control the signalling equipment
• Supervise and control the electrical and traction power supply of the system
• Supervise and control tele-communication system including Radio Communication
• Supervise and control mechanical, electrical, PIDS, PA, CCTV, TSPS, ETS, UPS and EHTS equipment
• Supervise safety and security system
• Manage incident and train service restoration
• Coordinate for Maintenance and facilities

Key Responsibiles:

• Supply, installation and commissioning of sea water, brackish water and tap water reverse osmosis plants
• Supply and installation of filtration systems using bag, cartridge and sand filters
• Supply of chemicals: chlorine and chlorine dioxide Automatic dosing systems with sensors for measurement and control UV water treatment Ozone water treatment
• Supply of laboratory and portable testing kits
• Supply and installation of equipment for swimming pools Supply of packaged systems for waste water treatment
• Supervision of 10 Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the buildings and grounds of an organization, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies
• Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
• Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors
• Project manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractor
• Calculate & compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money and plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives
• Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
• Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation such as fire drill, fire certificate, water sample and etc
• Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re- organizing of current premises
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences

Key responsibilities:

• Report to the Building Manager anything regarding the building - Supervise a technical team of 8-10 persons on the site
• Supervise and monitor maintenance and repairs of different assets and ensure that works are carried out promptly and efficiently such as :-
• Chiller and Fan Coil Units of Air Conditioning
• Fire Alarm and Firefighting System of
• Electrical (Main Low Voltage Panel)
• Generator
• Plumbing (Domestic, sprinkler & firefighting pumps )
• Lift Services
• To ensure that health and safety measures, asset register, tools movement book, key movement book and monthly report are up to date
• To attend coordination meetings, inspect, supervise and monitor the installation of new mechanical/electrical/civil systems in buildings.

• Installation of 200 SSDG (Small Scale Distribution Generators) Grid and 10 Off-
• Grid System photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with CEB grid code and standards using drawings, schematics, and instructions
• Determine appropriate sizes, ratings, and locations for all system overcurrent devices, disconnect devices, grounding equipment, and surge suppression equipment
• Install electrical components, equipment (CEB meter production/ImportExport), or systems
• Identify methods for laying out, orienting, and mounting modules or arrays to ensure efficient installation, electrical configuration, or system maintenance
• Identify electrical, environmental, and safety hazards associated with photovoltaic (PV) installations
• Examine designs to determine current requirements for all parts of the photovoltaic (PV) system electrical circuit
• Check electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations
• Perform routine photovoltaic (PV) system maintenance on modules, arrays, batteries, power conditioning equipment, safety systems, structural systems, weather sealing, or balance of systems equipment
• Final Commissioning and Testing of the System.
