· Upload the SD card on the server

· We should approach clients not wait for clients to approach the counter instead greet the client

· Check their receipt and select all the photo

· Put their photo in a folder and rename it as [number tickets or their name] then show them as a slideshow

· Show them the packages we have and explain them the price that we have in the price list.

· Take all the information needed to send them their photo {Name, Email Address, Contact Number}

· Re-verify the email with clients

· Upload all the photo by We Transfer

· Inform the client that they have 7 days to download their photo otherwise it will be expired.

· Guide the clients to do payment and thanks them for coming at Vallee Des Couleurs.

Cross-check the email on Gmail if it sent or not update the sales sheet and email sheet as well and check if they have been downloaded their pictures
