LexisNexis | Customer screening tool whereby ODI job was required to push files to the FTP server for LexisNexis. Provided assistance in compiling the DPIA document from technical side.

Ops Bridge and NNMI monitoring tools | Regular follow ups with Infrastructure team to ensure proper set up of servers or network devices on the systems. Acted as a relay between suppliers and Infrastructure team.
