A & E Department

• Provided emergency care and stabilization for patients with trauma, medical, surgical, and psychiatric emergencies.
• Assisted in resuscitation procedures, including CPR, airway management, and use of defibrillators.
• Monitored and interpreted vital signs, ECGs, and oxygen saturation for the early detection of deterioration.

ICU Experience

• Monitored and managed central lines, arterial lines, CVP lines, and indwelling catheters.
• Administered IV infusions, including vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, and other high-alert medications, via syringe pumps.
• Interpreted and responded to changes in vital signs, ABGs, and other critical parameters.
• Managed post-CABG patients requiring advanced hemodynamic support, including care of intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), temporary pacing wires, arterial lines, central venous pressure (CVP) lines, and mediastinal and pleural drains including hourly input and output monitoring.

Surgical

• Provided pre-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
• Monitored patients for post-op complications such as infection, bleeding, and respiratory issues.
• Educated patients and families on post-operative care, discharge instructions, and home care requirements.

• Installed pre-fabricated aluminum frames, windows, doors, siding, and other components.
• Assisted in loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles onto job site locations.
• Took measurements and evaluated dimensions of surrounding area to correctly install new machinery.
