• As a Senior PO, I am leading all Trade Finance related projects at the Bank, mainly development of the Internet Banking Platform – Trade Finance Module which is then integrated to a back office Workflow on Camunda and also core banking – T24
• I have a strong knowledge of T24 core functionalities not only restricted to Trade Finance Module
• Working under the Agile methodology (following all ceremonies like Stand up, refinement sessions, retro, etc)
• Presenting to the different committees updates on the project - Steerco, Sponsor Meeting, Roadmap Alignment Forums, Project review committees, etc
• Working closely with the Global Trade Solutions team to drive new projects/systems for the bank

• Working closely with Customer lab for surveys being sent to client with respect to KPIs sent, NPS and customer feedback
