ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with international and local accounting standards.
• Supervise all accounting operations in your scope : receivable, payable and general accounting.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Ensure the financial statement validation without reserve by Auditors
• Facilitate and drive continuous process improvements, aiming to automate and streamline procedures wherever possible.
• Act as a technical leader, training and developing the team's skills.
• Actively participate in ERP migration projects and the improvement of financial information systems.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
• Mitigate financial risks through the implementation of effective internal controls.
• Calculate monthly and year end corporate taxes to be accrued

IDEAL PROFILE:

• Ambitious and result-oriented
• Strong experience in accounting, minimum 5 years or in a related field (e.g. audit) preferably in a multinational company
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with international teams.
• Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools
• Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT, etc…) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity

• Reconciled accounts and reviewed expense data, net worth, and assets.
• Perform accounting processes and ensure timeliness and correctness of payment, revenue, cost, inventory, reporting
• Prepare for financial reports and various accounting data based on accounting policies.
• Perform accounting control check for business operations to discover risks and provide preventive suggestions.
• Support internal and external audit and follow up for the group and local compliance
• Analyze accounting data and contract/project, solving accounting issues
• Successfully monitored and improve the monthly and annual closing efficiency through various automation task

• Receiving bets for horseracing and football.
• Learned about customer's financial needs, established trust, and optimized sales opportunities resulting in quality customer service.

• Assist in the schedule of advertisement in MBC3 channel
