• Coordinating all Healthy, Safety and Environmental concerns as regard to people and equipment as per Zambian Mining regulations.
• Mobile Equipment and Weigh Bridges, Service Scheduling/Planning and monitoring Maintenance Costs analysis and tracking, all in Computerized Maintenance Management System Pronto, Ellipse, SAP R3 and MAXIMO Software.
• Involved in decision on the Procurement of Shutdown materials and spares like Refractory and choosing of Major Mechanical and Refractory Contractors Like Kinoko from Tanzania, Pan African, Demos Engineering, Rob Teck from RSA and CBM Sinoma from China for Kiln Shell Replacement.
• QMS ISO 9001/2015 Trained and Certified Auditor. Been Lead Auditor Three Times Auditing the whole Chilanga Lafarge Cement Plant in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
