- Responsible of the Total Facilities Management (MEP and Civil maintenance, Cleaning and Security amongst others) of numerous sites of the company that includes Towers, Warehouses and Commercial Shops
- Created and implemented a preventive maintenance program to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead a team of around 15 staff that include Engineers and Technicians.
- Prepare departmental budget & Forecasting, People Management and performance appraisal.
- Contracts Management, Risk Management, organize meetings, conduct training, etc
- Have successfully managed and completed several Key Projects ,New and Refurbished. (Project Value: Rs 100 M) from inception to handing over within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Successfully performed the upgrade of the AC systems , standby Generators , BMS , etc at Telecom Tower building to replace old equipments.

- Lead and Managed the Total Facilities Management of various technically complex and prestigious buildings in Qatar - Assigned Portfolio consisted of Golden Tower in West Bay Doha, Al Handasa and Areen Towers in Doha - Villa compounds, Banks, and Shopping Malls - (around 150 shops: Alshaya, Azadea and Qatar Luxury shops in the City Centre Mall, Villagio Mall and Landmark Mall)
- Responsible of the Operational and Financial Management of my Portfolio.
- Managed and coached an international and multi-cultural team (100+ staff) consisting of Project engineers, supervisors, Facility coordinators, technicians, etc
- Increased the revenue of MMG by securing new maintenance contracts.
- Worked on CAFM software (AVANTIS) and re-organised the maintenance teams to increase its productivity and decrease operations costs.
