Job overview
- Responsible of the Total Facilities Management (MEP installations and maintenance, fitout, cleaning and security amongst others) of numerous sites of the company that includes two Towers, three warehouses and twenty-one commercial Shops.
- Prepare and manage maintenance contracts for MEP services for the Towers , warehouses and shops.
- Prepare tender documents for MEP and fitout projects and submit to our Procurement for floating. Evaluate offers and submit reports for appointment of contractors, consultants, etc.
- Prepare departmental budget & Forecasting.
- Management of a team of around 20 persons consisting of engineers, technicians and BMS operators including setting out their objectives
- Risk Management, organize meetings, conduct training, etc
- Act as project coordinator on company projects - new and Refurbished. Have successfully managed and completed several Key Projects. (Project Value: Rs 100 M) from inception to handing over within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Successfully performed the upgrade of the AC systems , standby Generators , BMS , etc at Telecom Tower building to replace old equipments.
