• Set up and Oversee daily pension fund operations.
• Maintain contribution schedules and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with the Private Pension Scheme Act 2012.
• Draft correspondence for leavers and pensioners.
• Calculate benefits and prepare IAS-19 and valuation data. • Prepare Group life data.
• Contribute to marketing efforts to attract new clients.
• Prepare annual benefit statements.
• Allocate NPF, NSF, Training Levy, and CSG contributions from government departments.
• Manage PAYE allocations and follow up on payments and debts.
• Provide customer support for e-filing and general queries. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Assist in drafting and updating pension scheme rules.
• Maintain pension system data including unit pricing.
• Prepare benefit calculations and statements.
• Monitor fund renewals and handle member queries.
• Support client presentations and meeting documentation.
• Attend to queries via mail,telephone and walk-in clients.
• Manage correspondence, reports, and administrative files.
• Conduct research and support departmental operations.
• Perform data entry and maintain system records.
• Provide IT helpdesk support.
• Develop and enhance workflows using Ultimus and SQL.
• Maintain and test SQL databases.
