Gas Transport Ltd is the major distributor of LPG cylinders for Vivo Energy Ltd. I led the company in all aspects as the Officer-in-Charge.

Aspects covered are: led a headcount of 100+ individuals, prepare annual budget, monitor company financial performance wrt annual budget, devised operational KPIs to monitor performance, cash flow monitoring, sales management, proposed strategic projects, fleet maintenance management (major cost), human resource management, recruitment training and performance monitoring, HSSE management, ensuring fleet growth and recruitment to align with market growth

Managed all engineering and construction projects from conception to handing over. Led teams consisting of Project Consultants and Contractors.

Major projects include: new LPG filling plant, dismantling of a 5KT gasoil tank, new LPG cylinders storage platform (2200 sqM), 10 yearly certifications LPG storage vessel

The team consisted of 30 operators + contractors. As the plant manager, my job was to oversee all aspects as follows:

Production management, manpower management including training, HSSE management, setting up and maintaining HSSEQ management system, handing emergency response, cost management, devising and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects

Led a team of 55 workers consisting of junior engineers, supervisors, mauritian and expat technicians to install the new HVAC and BMS system in the new Jeetoo hospital at port louis. I was based on site.

Was responsible for the installation of the Firefighting, compressed air and cold-water installation of a new spinning mill.

Managed a team of 5 technicians for the preventive and curative maintenance of the mechanical installations of the spinning mill.

Worked on electrical and public health installation projects

Assisted in the tendering department and site implementation of certain projects
