Government of Kenya and MASHAV (Embassy of Israel) Work Study program for Agricultural Sector Students and Staff on Precision agriculture;

• Worked in Arava bell pepper and date fields designing, installing and maintaining majorly automated drip and sprinkler irrigation infrastructure for the dates fields and capsicum green houses.
• Fertigation systems installation, & misters, and TALGIL Irrigation Automation system.
• Automatted Bell-pepper packaging and warehousing controls.
• Irrigation water supply and filtration plumbing lines.

National Irrigation Board-Lower Kuja Water and Irrigation Project. As an assistant to the Project Engineer and permanent representative of the client National Irrigation Board at the site I was involved in;

• Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with the Contractor) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
• Monitoring work in progress and preparing weekly report of the status of the project
• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordination with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for the project

Site Manager for the Guba Water Project (Mandera County), Waar Ngonyek, and Aitong water projects (Narok County). My Key responsibilities included;

• Managing Staff on site ( approx. 35)
• Scheduling of daily construction.
• Appraisal of daily work and estimation of quantity of earth and civil works for the day
• Management of site assets, vehicles and facilities.
• Ensuring works is done as per the BoQ and ToR
