  • Drafting of relevant contracts/agreement such as loan agreement, business plan.
  • Declaration & distribution of dividend in accordance with Section 63 & 64 of the CA 2001 including preparation of Solvency test and certificate.
  • Ensure application and renewal of VAT certificates. certificate of good/current standing
  • Liaise with DPO for controller/processor certificate as well as serve the position of Data Protection Officer.
  • Renewal of companies' annual registration, trade licence and tourism authority licence fees.
  • Conduct AML/KYC client onboarding, including due diligence, risk assessment, and other checks.
  • Adoption of constitution/financial year end/auditors/authorised officer for companies
  • Monitor debtors' days/lock up days and ensure timely cash collection.
  • Provide assistance to Manager on any inspection received from the Regulator.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality. professionalism and discretion in handling client matters.
