  • My journey at Credit Operations has been both diverse and enriching, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the various functions within the department.
  • I began my career in Corporate Documentation as an Administrative Support, where I developed strong organizational and communication skills. This foundational role taught me the importance of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive documentation.
  • I then transitioned to the Scanning and Archiving section, where I honed my technical skills in document management and retrieval systems.
  • From there, I moved into Corporate Disbursement as a Maintenance Support. This role required me to manage disbursement processes, ensuring that transactions were executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • I then advanced to the Retail Secured and Unsecured sections before joining the Maintenance Team. These positions reinforced my problem-solving abilities and enhanced my attention to detail.
  • My journey continued in the Corporate Disbursement Team as Disbursement Support, where I was actively involved in the disbursement process. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency, further broadening my operational expertise.
  • Since June 2024, I have been working in the Corporate Documentation section once again, bringing with me a wealth of experience from my previous roles. My time in various sections of Credit Operations has equipped me with a unique perspective on the workflow and challenges across the department.
